About this opportunity

Welcome to the Norwegian Mortgage Lending Team. We add value by working with mortgage products and delivering the highest quality service to our customers. As a member of our team, you’ll play a valuable role in creating a powerful work environment.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Performing changes on bank products and services related to loans and credits
2. Working with collaterals, Norwegian databases, and documents
3. Updating, supervising, and approving data in banking systems and applications in accordance with the procedures and regulations
4. Collaborating across borders with colleagues in branches of the Nordea Group in Nordic countries
5. Communicating (in spoken and written form) with internal stakeholders and other bank representatives
6. Working with internal applications and procedures to meet customers’ needs, ensuring process sustainability and delivering with respect to agreed service levels
7. Producing changes to improve performance in terms of tasks performed (LEAN methodology)
8. Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures
9. Working based on a full-time job contract with a hybrid mode

Your experience and background:

1. Norwegian language knowledge at least at B2 level
2. English language skills at an advanced level, enabling professional communication in speech and writing
3. Fluent in using computers and adaptable to new programs
4. At least a secondary school diploma
5. Practical knowledge of MS Office
6. Economic or financial background will be an advantage
