Overview
The role of Specialist, Lean, QMS (Continuous Improvement) is to act as a business partner who works closely with middle management and teams, understands business priorities, and proposes and implements improvement projects/initiatives which support the achievement of DSV GBS strategic goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support to build and strengthen continuous improvement culture within GBS
- Cooperation with GBS units and teams and other process stakeholders
- Track and report continuous improvement projects and initiatives
- Assist process transition to operations and participate in SLA reviews
- Support the establishment and delivery of an operational excellence/standard work program for GBS
- Design, prepare and conduct continuous improvement methodologies training sessions
- Support in defining new KPIs for services provided by GBS and support in their implementation
- Develop, implement and maintain reporting framework for business KPI metrics
- Implementation and maintenance of the process maturity model of the organization (Maturity Matrix Model)
- Support Operations in the creation, development/update of process documentation outside of process migration scope, and conduct documentation audits based on GBS standards
Qualifications
- Experience in working in an international environment with a minimum of 2 years of professional practice
- Experience in describing business processes
- High proficiency in English (at least B2)
- Completed Lean training from Yellow/Green Belt
- Good organizational skills
