Your responsibilities:

1. Answering queries regarding rates and preparing offers (ad hoc, spot quotes).
2. Update and calculation of rates (eg fuel).
3. Handling of mini tenders.
4. Master rate sheets maintenance.
5. Carrying out audits of transport invoices within the DSV group.
6. Monitoring and billing Customer invoices.
7. Proactive attitude towards Customer.

Our requirements:

• Very good knowledge of English – B2 level minimum.
• MS Office (especially MS Excel).
• Ability to think analytically and prioritize.
• You are a communicative and customer-oriented person.
• You can manage projects and collaborate effectively in a team.
