• Analyze quality topics from the production process together with line leaders and quality controllers
• Take care of change management process in the production process including qualification process releases
• Handle Internal/External customer claims related to production process
• Create Internal/External Customer A3/8D reports and communicate to related stakeholders
• New projects collaboration; launch of mass production; problem-solving leading on production process
• Conduct internal audits and receive external audits
• Prepare work instructions; co-create production process documentation: Control Plan and PFMEA

• Min. 2 year experience in a similar role within production area
• University degree in engineering
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, 5 Why, Ishikawa
• Knowledge of English (B2/C1)
• Knowledge of Polish
• Customer oriented
• Proactive
• Able to work independently without supervision
