Responsibilities : Build, manage, own and set the direction of the global IT Knowledge Management Process Manage the creation, capture, organization of IT knowledge assets for enterprise use Coordinate with cross-functional organizations to align KM strategy with broader organizational learning strategies Develop a robust roadmap strategy for implementing cross-organizational knowledge management based on industry best practices, leveraging tools and process advancements Promote standardized KM tools (Service Now) and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing including exploration of AI usage opportunities Build and drive a culture of knowledge sharing within IT operations and serve as the advocate for KM initiatives within the organization Support the development and implementation of training on KM processes and tooling Create and review KPIs for adoption, usage of high-value KM content, summarizing benefits, outcomes, and improvement opportunities for the organization Ensure cross functional accountability for Knowledge Management resources and assume operational responsibility. Evaluate, revise, and continuously improve the KM Framework, workflow, and procedures as the organization scales requirements-expected : 6+ years of current proven experience in implementing KM strategies Experience in collaboration on all hierarchy levels (Users, IT Expert up to Senior Management) Experience in building KM programs in the technology industry or within technical groups within a large, global organization Project management experience ITIL Process certificate (e.g. ITIL Foundation) or similar certificates offered : Great collaboration and knowledge sharing spirit Stable employment in a company with an international environment Benefit package (private medical health care, multisport card, life insurance, social fund, fruits in the office, integration events, employee pension program) Work in a modern office located in Wrocław city centre (pl.
