Would you like to be a part of a young, engaged, positive group of people and gain banking knowledge within the payments area? We are now looking for a Process Officer to support payment processing in order to provide high quality service for our clients.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Payments Finland. We add value by operating and supporting international payments for Nordic customers within the Finnish Value Chain. As Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in analyzing and repairing all payments that our systems haven’t been able to process automatically, due to insufficient or incorrect information.

What you’ll be doing:

• Executing outgoing and transit transfers,
• Processing queries for other units regarding transfers,
• Analyzing SWIFT messages and setting up routings,
• Looking for incorrections and exceptions in the process.

You’ll join an open and friendly team that is very proactive and engaged in daily work, strongly focused on a client, high quality and constant development. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

• Experience in banking area (at least 1 year) or experience in work for an international company (at least 2 years)
• English language skills on communicative level (at least B1)
• MS Office tools on at least basic level
