Purpose of the role

You’ll specialize in uncovering hidden patterns within operational data, enabling our business to make informed decisions for improving efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the Process Mining Lead on the process mining use case demand management process.
- Collaborate with Business Process Owners and various end users to understand their goals, objectives, and requirements to translate them into Process Mining requirements and use cases.
- Design, implement, test and validate all dashboards, analyses and reports within Process Mining platform.
- Lead business value workshops with process improvement and business teams and use Process Mining to identify and qualify opportunities for operational and process improvements.
- Recommend strategies to optimize processes, based on insights derived from Process Mining, including automation opportunities, reengineering processes, or redesigning workflows.
- Create and maintain documentation related to Process Mining implementations, including processes, configurations, and insights for reference and future requirements, whilst continuously sharing knowledge and insights gained from Process Mining across business areas and OpCos to foster a culture of process improvement.
- Build and manage the process mining community. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end users, process owners, and business stakeholders on how to use Process Mining effectively and interpret the insights it provides.
- Develop and maintain a tracking mechanism of process mining benefits and adoption.
- Perform first line issue management of queries and issues regarding running process mining use cases. Solve functional queries/issues and collaborate with Tech teams regarding technical queries/issues.
- Track global process mining benefits and adoption.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in finance, economics, business information systems or other business-related field.
- Previous experience in process improvement, business analysis or technology consulting.
- Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems.
- Proficiency in leading and facilitating workshops and executive meetings.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position (application/functional expert) in a global organization.
- Proven experience with IT transformational projects and in facilitating design and validation workshops.
- Ability to build, maintain and enhance collaborative business relationships, including with the OpCo and Operational teams.
- Functional understanding of end-to-end Record to Report (RtR), Quote to Cash (QtC) and Source to Pay (StP) processes.
- Functional and technical knowledge of SAP.
- Demonstrated experience in process engineering and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), preferably within large scale financial transformation projects.
- Working with and integrating broad areas within Finance and other Group Functions, therefore ability to switch between areas, and have both detail and a helicopter view.
- Enthusiastic about processes, technology and data.
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
