We are looking for a Process Mining Excellence Lead who will join the global Master Data & Digital Innovation team.

Lets go into more details of your main responsibilities:

• defining and implementing process mining methodology and best practices
• overseeing process discovery, conformance checking and enhancement initiatives
• coordinate with IT teams the technical infrastructure and system integration
• leading data extraction and quality management efforts
• driving value tracking and benefits realization for process mining initiatives
• managing and reporting on key performance metrics including ROI
• leading the delivery of process improvements and cost savings initiatives
• monitoring and improving data quality and connectivity metrics
• leading training and knowledge sharing initiatives
• influencing stakeholders to adopt process mining solutions

About you

We expect you to have:

• solid experience in process excellence, digital transformation, or related fields
• practical experience with process mining technologies, preferably Celonis (nice to have: certifications in process mining, Celonis, or process improvement methodologies)
• proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives
• practical experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
• strong understanding of process analytics and data visualization
• proficiency in process modeling and improvement techniques
• solid grasp of IT infrastructure and system integration concepts
• strong stakeholder management and influence skills
