OUR PROFILE

  • Experience in IT Infrastructure/Acted in a change management capacity in a customer service or IT environment for at least 12 months
  • Experience in using a Change Management system/ MIM  and good knowledge and experience of how to manage SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Being familiar with IT infrastructure and ITIL methodology.
  • Readiness to work on 12-hours shift in 24/7 mode.
  • Fluent English and German both verbal and written
