About the project

We are looking for Process Manager (Change Management + SPOC VOC) to join Sopra Steria Polska for one of our French-speaking clients in the aeronautics industry. You will cover Level 1 to Level 2 administration and an operational management (a team of process managers).

Working hours: business hours: 8-16 / 9-17

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate change management processes (planning, impact analysis, approval workflows).
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards during all change implementations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and process managers to prioritize and schedule changes aligned with project and business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders (internal teams and client) to provide updates on change status and vulnerability management.
  • Monitor vulnerability reports and remediation progress.
  • Support reporting related to change management and security compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of changes.

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in Change Management within IT services.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, especially Change Management.
  • Excellent communication skills in French.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing risks and impacts of changes.
  • Experience with change management tools.
  • Understanding of compliance and security standards related to change processes.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. improving and writing processes).
  • Taking proactive ownership, proposing new ideas and solutions to enhance workflows.

Optional

  • Experience in vulnerability management or security-related projects (VOC).
  • ITIL or project management certification (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
  • Good communication skills in English.
