Supports initiatives to address site priorities. Collaborates with DT teams on the site DT framework and digitalization of processes.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and managing business & technology projects and processes aimed at improving the effectiveness of the site.
• Manages schedule, budget and integration of projects, including customer CTQs.
• Coordinates metrics and dashboards.
• Coordinates cross-functional initiatives to address site priorities.
• Owns key site processes including Onboarding, Remote work, AI chatbot, Documents circulation and digital signatures, and other as prioritized by the site leadership.
• Collaborates with DT teams on the site DT framework and digitalization of processes.
• Integrates site operations processes with a broader company framework.
• Influences the development of strategy for the area of responsibility.
• Handles complex tasks or problems. Drives problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work. May lead functional teams.
• Effectively communicates complex concepts and recommended solutions to the site / functional leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited university.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Polish.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and present data.
• Ability to plan, document and execute processes.
