THE WORK:

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a Consultant in the CFO&EV - Process Mining Team , you will support all the phases of Process Mining projects, from concept to implementation.

Your key areas of responsibility will include:

1. Managing end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various clients and industries.
2. Running data identification, extraction, and transformation (ETL) .
3. Connecting Process Mining tools to client’s IT systems.
4. Designing and developing process monitoring dashboards.
5. Analyzing and interpreting the findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1. Hands-on experience with one or more Process Mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, QPR, etc.) .
2. Knowledge of at least 1 functional area and processes (Finance, Procurement, Accounting, Logistics, IT Management, etc.) .
3. Basic data manipulation skills (SQL) .
4. Experience with data analysis and visualization.
5. Strong communication skills: the ability to explain solutions in person and in writing.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU ARE AND HAVE:

1. Familiarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, Oracle, etc.) .
2. Experience in process analysis and improvement; LSS certification.
3. English is a must; proficiency in other European languages is highly desired.
