THE WORK:

As an Analyst in the CFO&EV - Process Mining Team , you will support all the phases of Process Mining projects, from concept to implementation.

Your key areas of responsibility will include:

1. Supporting end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various processes, clients, and industries
2. Applying data-driven approach for business transformation
3. Revealing process inefficiencies & bottlenecks and turning those insights into actions
4. Designing and developing process monitoring dashboards and process execution instruments
5. Using state-of-the-art process analytics and transformation technologies

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1. Experience with data extraction, transformation, analysis, and visualization
2. Basic computer programming skills (SQL)
3. Strong analytical skills
4. Willingness to upskill in Process Mining

BONUS POINTS IF YOU ARE AND HAVE:

1. Hands-on experience Process Mining and/or BI tools
2. Familiarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, Oracle etc.)
3. Experience in process analysis and improvement; LSS certification
4. English is a must, proficiency in other European languages is highly desired
