THE WORK:

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a Consultant in the CFO&EV - Process Mining Team , you will support all the phases of Process Mining projects, from concept to implementation.

Your key areas of responsibility will include:

1. Managing end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various clients and industries
2. Using process mining findings to make a positive change in how our clients operate
3. Leading transformation activities
4. Advising on Process Mining capability development and technology strategy
5. Running workshops/inspiration sessions/webinars/demos on Process Mining.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

1. Experience in Consulting or Professional Services in the areas of Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Process Mining, Data Mining, or Business Process Management
2. Strong communication skills in English: ability to gather requirements, explain solutions, and manage stakeholders
3. Knowledge of at least 1 functional area and process (Finance, Procurement, Accounting, Logistics, IT Management)
4. Experience with data analysis and visualization
5. Project/change management and event/workshop facilitation experience.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU ARE AND HAVE:

1. Hands-on experience with one or more Process Mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, QPR, Software AG, Signavio etc.)
2. Familiarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, Oracle etc.)
3. Experience in process analysis and improvement; LSS certification
4. Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for Data Science
5. English is a must, proficiency in other European languages is highly desired.
