Obowiązki

• Managing end-to-end Process Mining initiatives across various clients and industries

• Using process mining findings to make a positive change in how our clients operate

• Leading transformation activities

• Advising on Process Mining capability development and technology strategy

• Runing workshops/inspiration sessions/webinars/demos on Process Mining.

Wymagania

• Experience in Consulting or Professional Services in the areas of Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Process Mining, Data Mining, or Business Process Management

• Strong communication skills in English: ability to gather requirements, explain solutions, and manage stakeholders

• Knowledge of at least 1 functional area and process (Finance, Procurement, Accounting, Logistics, IT Management)

• Experience with data analysis and visualization 

• Project/change management and event/workshop facilitation experience.

Oferujemy

• Hands-on experience with one or more Process Mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, QPR, Software AG, Signavio etc.)

• Familiarity with at least one enterprise suite (SAP, Oracle etc.)

• Experience in process analysis and improvement; LSS certification

• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for Data Science

• English is a must, proficiency in other European languages is highly desired.
