Process Improvement Senior Supply Chain Specialist
Your responsibilities
Lead and drive Lean transformation across the supply chain by identifying and eliminating non-value-added activities.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by deploying Lean tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis) to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Develop and implement structured Lean implementation roadmaps aligned with strategic supply chain objectives.
Conduct detailed end-to-end process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Prioritize improvement initiatives based on Lean principles, focusing on value creation, waste reduction, and measurable impact.
Perform Gemba walks and lead cross-functional workshops to gather insights and engage stakeholders in improvement activities.
Regularly monitor Lean initiatives using visual management and performance tracking to ensure the achievement of set objectives.
Own the development, rollout, and governance of Lean standards and best practices within the supply chain.
Define, track, and continuously optimize Lean KPIs and operational metrics to measure progress and performance.
Facilitate Lean planning sessions, intercompany coordination, and process audits to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
Ensure clear and updated documentation of processes through standard work, DTPs, and process maps.
Foster strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to align Lean goals and ensure smooth implementation.
Provide Lean training and coaching to team members and stakeholders to build organizational capability in process improvement.
Our requirements
University degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of professional experience in an international environment, ideally in Supply Chain and Lean/Operational Excellence roles.
Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies (certification is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to identify waste and process inefficiencies, with a proactive mindset towards continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving skills using Lean tools and a structured, data-driven approach.
Experience leading or participating in Kaizen events, root cause analyses, and process optimization projects.
High level of accuracy and analytical thinking with a focus on measurable results.
Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Willingness to work in a hybrid mode (40% from the office, 60% from home in a week).
