Technicolor Games – Serves AAA game studios and work on asset creation as well as cinematics. Having worked on titles such as Call of Duty, Resident Evil, FIFA and Grand Theft Auto, Technicolor Games is growing incredibly quickly and rapidly moving into other areas of the games’ ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifies and ensures continuous improvement of quality, efficiency, productivity in finance processes supported by GBS center (focused on RtR/ GL, Controlling, FP&A, AR Cash Collection)
• Implements process changes and automations
• Analyzes and maps financial processes (supports design of procedures)
• Analyzes, calculates and reports KPIs
• Manages user expectations and work collaboratively across the enterprise
• Provides trainings and coaches the team in a daily work (especially in reference to the tools: PowerBI and MS Excel, Sharepoint)
• Follows all internal policies and procedures

Qualifications

Profile:

• 3-5 years of practical experience in financial processes in SSC/ BPO environment
• Experience in financial audit/ consulting will be an asset
• Proficiency in Excel, VBA knowledge will be an advantage
• Experience in PowerBI (query building, dashboard design)
• Ability to work with ERP class systems (SAP preferred)
• Excellent analytical skills
• Lean/ Six sigma experience (Green Belt certification will be of value)
• Knowledge of processes including: month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries, cash collection
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
