Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and improve quality, efficiency, and productivity in finance processes supported by GBS (RtR/GL, Controlling, FP&A, AR Cash Collection)
  • Implement process changes and automation
  • Analyze and map financial processes, support procedure design
  • Analyze, calculate, and report KPIs
  • Manage user expectations and collaborate enterprise-wide
  • Provide training and coaching, especially in PowerBI, MS Excel, SharePoint
  • Follow internal policies and procedures

Qualifications

Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial processes within SSC/BPO environments
  • Experience in financial audit or consulting is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel; VBA knowledge advantageous
  • Experience in PowerBI (query building, dashboard design)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Lean/Six Sigma experience; Green Belt certification beneficial
  • Knowledge of month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, cash collection
  • Practical project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
