The team is a cross-functional global community of dedicated ZF digital transformation agents & process experts. You will be part of the project team that is charged with template development, implementation & continuous improvement for our transformation into SAP S/4 HANA ERP. What can you look forward to as a Process Expert T&E ERP Template (m/f/d)?:

• Supporting safeguarding the standardization and innovational approach of the ZF ERP Template.
• Responsible for the roll-out of Concur for the Next.GenERP Reporting Units.
• Responsibility of the organization, project management and communication of the designated sub-domains within the project.
• Driving project activity and alignment among cross-functional domains.
• Accountable for the Sub-Domain deliverables and work package delivery in the ERP-Template Build.
• Proactively supporting and tracking progress of Process Experts / IT Team to provide day to day work instructions, including disseminating template build project tasks in detail.
• Supports issues and escalations inside designated team and where necessary jointly with the workstream lead; support the planning of the next release workstream scope, schedule and resources.
• Performing design, testing along with supporting realization of defined requirements within a release, within the Business and/or IT.

Your profile as Process Expert T&E ERP Template (m/f/d):

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• SAP finance module knowledge, Concur would be an asset.
• Collaborative and communicative as part of a team.
• Approaches issues with a solution-oriented approach.
