For our client in Łódź, we are looking for a Process Expert RTR who wants to use their process knowledge to support transitions and projects within SSC environment. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys improving ways of working, contributing expertise to cross-functional projects, and developing further in project and transition management.
- Use your Record to Report process knowledge to support the transition of finance processes within the SSC
- Collaborate closely with global and local teams to ensure smooth process transfer and implementation
- Monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and support timely resolution
- Ensure clear and consistent communication between stakeholders during transitions
- Take part in continuous improvement and harmonization initiatives
- Contribute to process documentation and standardization efforts
- Actively develop your skills in project and transition management through hands-on participation
Your background
- Around 3–5 years of experience in an international SSC environment, ideally within Record to Report process
- Strong understanding of finance processes and how they interact across functions
- Experience in transitions, process improvement, or project work would be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills – able to connect people and support collaboration
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken is a must
- Motivation to grow further in project and transition management
