Driver Registration Support Agent (on-site)

As a Customer Support Agent you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for our Drivers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Drivers, providing in-person assistance, guiding them through the registration process, and resolving their inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Your expertise in Bolt’s services will allow you to deliver accurate information, assist with compliance checks, and drive lead conversions by helping potential Drivers onboard with the right partners.
- Registration Support
- Proactively reach out to Drivers stuck in the funnel, offering clear instructions and guidance on documentation requirements.
- Pledge same-day resolution for all Driver communications, ensuring quick and efficient support.
- Driver Support
- Engage with Drivers in-person, addressing their inquiries with professionalism and efficiency to enhance their overall experience and drive business growth
- Provide accurate information to Clients customers about our mobility and logistics services.
- Assist in converting potential leads by guiding prospective Drivers through the sign-up process and recommending suitable partner options to facilitate their onboarding
- Handle Driver’s complaints, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives while maintaining calm and professional demeanor to ensure a positive resolution and uphold company standards.
- Record all Driver interactions in Bolt’s customer service database.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of Bolt’s services to provide efficient back-office and front-line support through proactive suggestions.
- Driver Physical Verification conduct Driver Physical Verification in accordance with Bolt processes and local regulations, ensuring efficient and courteous service
- Document Compliance verify submitted driver documents for compliance with local legislation, contributing to Partner activation and conversion.
This role is central to building Bolt’s reputation in the eyes of Drivers. It ensures the success of Bolt’s operations while offering a refreshing approach to Driver support.
