responsibilities :

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation by analyzing and streamlining existing business workflows
• Contribute to the development and oversight of RPA and intelligent automation governance across the organization
• Collect and define business requirements through interviews, workshops, and system evaluations
• Prepare comprehensive business cases and implementation plans for proposed process enhancements
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct training sessions for end users
• Track solution performance post-implementation and suggest improvements where needed
• Work closely with global teams to ensure unified and efficient execution of business processes

• University degree in Business, IT, or a related discipline
• Experience in optimizing business processes within SSC/BPO structures
• Hands-on experience in business process analysis or a comparable position
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities
• Well-developed communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with business analysis techniques and project management approaches
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
