Process Excellence O2C Lead Miejsce pracy: Poznań Technologies we use Expected Lean Six Sigma S/4HANA Microsoft Power BI Your responsibilities Analysis of O2C processes in MGS; redesign processes using best practice; identify continuous improvement opportunities in O2C processes (quality, efficiency); lead the execution of proposed changes, improvements and projects; identify and address control gaps; generating and presenting to diffrent stakeholders the reports; coordinating cooperation with other departments (ex IT, Operational Teams) Our requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) within international, SSC, or GBS environments; english proficiency at B2 level; experience in process driven roles (Process SME, Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Transformation); proactivity, curiosity, and strong communication skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and take the lead in cross functional, global initiatives; ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT stakeholders; working knowledge and practical application of Lean Six Sigma or similar improvement methodologies; advanced SAP expertise, particularly S/4HANA and CRM ideally as an SAP Key User in financial areas; capability to define, track, and monitor O2C KPIs (e.g. DSO, cash collection efficiency).
