Your responsibilites: Analysis of O2C processes in MGS; redesign processes using best practice; identify continuous improvement opportunities in O2C processes (quality, efficiency); lead the execution of proposed changes, improvements and projects; identify and address control gaps; generating and presenting to diffrent stakeholders the reports; coordinating cooperation with other departments (ex IT, Operational Teams) Our requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) within international, SSC or GBS environments. Professional English proficiency at B2 level Strong E2E understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and supporting systems (focus on Accounts Receivable) Proven experience in process improvement and identification of automation use cases Proven ability to lead operational projects and deliver measurable results Hands-on interest and practical exposure to automation and AI (RPA, AI tools, agents) Ability to challenge the status quo and drive cross-functional change working knowledge and practical application of Lean Six Sigma or similar improvement methodologies; advanced SAP expertise, particularly S/4HANA and CRM ideally as an SAP Key User in financial areas; capability to define, track, and monitor O2C KPIs (e.g. DSO, cash collection efficiency); experience using Power BI and reporting / visualization tools to support data driven analysis and business cases.
