Drive continuous improvement culture through training, co-ordination and implementation of principles of Lean/Six Sigma in day-to-day operations in KPO/BPO.
Lead process optimization initiatives as a project lead and mentor the green belt projects parallelly with operations/delivery/client.
Well versed with basic and advanced project management methodologies and problem solving techniques.
Understands and articulates problems/issues in a timely and accurate manner from the delivery/operations teams.
Prepare business cases, project charters, Automation Assessments (RPA), Business Requirement Documents, (BRD) and use cases.
Participate in exploring solutions for problems and process bottlenecks.
Actively contributes to change implementation initiatives on the floor.
Reports issues related to problems/opportunities to transformation leaders.
Play pivotal role in executing transformation governance model to build the continuous improvement culture
Skills and experience
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor Green Belt projects in collaboration with operations, delivery teams, and clients.
Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives within KPO/BPO environments using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
Strong knowledge of both basic and advanced project management frameworks and problem‑solving techniques.
Proficient in preparing business cases, project charters, BRDs, automation assessments (RPA), and use cases.
Hands‑on experience in analyzing process bottlenecks and contributing to solution design.
Effective communicator with transformation leaders regarding improvement opportunities and project progress.
