The Process Engineer Specialist for Radiometer is responsible for the production process from a technical point of view, caring about the quality and safety level of production. Introducing new products and processes to production, cooperating with suppliers on quality subcomponents. Managing production documentation, leading validation processes. In order to improve scrap level, analyzing available data and taking appropriate countermeasures. Position is closely related to the production department.



This position is part of the Radiometer - Manufacturing/Process Engineering located in Radiometer Solutions Sp. Z o.o. Stargard and will be on-site. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Evaluate manufacturing equipment to identify potential machinery upgrades that could result in increased efficiency or quality.
• Work with many technologies as well as the implementation of new ones.
• Collaborate with various company divisions in Europe and around the world.
• Participate in the development of existing products and the implementation of new products.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Higher education; preferable production engineering, process engineering, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry (process engineer or similar).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
• Very good English level.
