,[Conduct detailed process mapping, analysis, and design to identify areas for improvement across business functions., Apply process engineering methodologies to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve quality., Collaborate with IT and operational teams to design and implement automated solutions, enhancing process efficiency., Use data analysis techniques to monitor process performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations., Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process workflows to ensure consistency and scalability., Assist with the implementation and testing of new processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational objectives., Monitor and analyze process metrics, providing insights and reports to stakeholders on process performance.
