responsibilities :
Designing and maintaining a single source of truth for AS-IS processes, starting with DPBO core processes.
Assigning ownership for each documented process to ensure accoun tability.
Developing and enforcing clear documentation standards for all stakeholders.
Integrating change management practices to support adoption and evolution of processes.
Preparing communication and training materials to ensure proper understanding across teams.
Establishing compliance and governance mechanisms to monitor adherence.
Identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.

Solid experience in business process documentation and optimization.
Familiarity with change management and training practices.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with both technical and business teams.
Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex processes.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
Background in compliance or governance frameworks.
Experience in large-scale transformation or product-based operating models.
Familiarity with tools for documentation, visualization, or process mapping (e.g., BPMN, UML).
