Cooperation with: Internal with all areas and teams that have processes running. Deep interfaces with CPM team. External collaboration with consultants and agencies that help us deliver the right solution.

Your tasks:

  • Process Analysis and Design Identify key business processes that can benefit from digitization. 
  • Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Develop detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize current and proposed processes. 
  • Design new digital processes and workflows aligned with business objectives. 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. 
  • Technology Selection and Implementation Research and evaluate various digital tools and technologies suitable for process automation and optimization. Select and implement appropriate software solutions (e.g., BPM, RPA, AI, cloud platforms). 
  • Configure and customize software to meet specific business requirements. 
  • Integrate digital solutions with existing systems and databases. 
  • Data Management (together with data analytics team) 
  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources. 
  • Develop data models and structures to support process digitization initiatives. 
  • Ensure data security and privacy compliance. 
  • Project Management (togehter with digital projects team) 
  • Manage process digitization projects from initiation to completion in cooperation with the digital projects team. 
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Change Management Develop change management strategies to address employee resistance to digital transformation. 
  • Provide training and support to employees on new digital tools and processes. 
  • Communicate the benefits of process digitization to stakeholders. 
  • Continuous Improvement Monitor the performance of digitized processes and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Implement process optimizations based on data analysis and feedback. Stay updated on emerging digital technologies and trends.


Expectations:

  • HYBRID: Travel to Germany - Headquarters: 1x per month (as needed), 1x month Poznań/Nowy Tomyśl office
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in process digitalization area
  • English skills: C1
  • Strong technical & process know how 
  • Open to new technologies 
  • Experience in change management 
  • Open and communicative person - positive attitude and convincing personality


Nice to have: already in a leading position or aspiration for a later leadership role. German is a plus.
