As a Process Development Engineer, you will be responsible for determining operations required for assembly, test of products by reviewing specifications and other engineering data. You will develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Estimate manufacturing cost, determine time standards, and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
responsibilities :
Develop and implement production processes for assembly and test of computer devices;
Recommend and implement improvements and/or modifications in sequence of operations, equipment utilization and related matters;
Monitors assigned operations to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards;
Designs and implements effective and efficient production and business processes with respect to manufacturing, procurement, replenishment and fulfilment;
Checks on new technology and methods for their use and improvement potential
requirements-expected :
Engineering degree in area of Production Management, Controls or Electronics;
5+ year of relevant experience as Process, Industrial Engineer or Project Manager;
Understanding of industrial engineering methods (flow analysis, simulations, capacity assessment);
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen and formal problem solving tools;
Ability to communicate in English and Polish both verbal and written;
