Reports to: PA Data Manager

Work model: On site, close to the data team, and remotely. Ability to travel is a must and non‑negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver Metadata Descriptions, Data Lineage, Data Quality Metrics, and Data Anomaly Detection via Process Automation Data Catalog (PADC), Process Automation Data Quality (PADQ) and Process Automation Data Observability.
• Define and implement data quality strategy and targets aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Monitor and assess data quality across systems and sources to identify errors and inconsistencies.
• Oversee data cleansing, standardization, and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Oversee the demand, development, maintenance, and operations for all three platforms, ensuring adherence to IT General Controls (ITGC).
• Coordinate with project managers, data analysts, developers, testers, and data operations specialists, fostering a high‑performance team environment.
• Manage assigned budget, delivering activities within agreed schedules and costs.
• Support the management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross‑functional processes related to IS service build or IS service delivery for the domain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience in Service and Program Management within a global IS environment; Level 3 ISPM certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, ETL, SQL, data cataloging, data management, master data, data operations, data architecture, data modeling, data quality, data analytics, and AI/ML.
• Proven business stakeholder management experience, including working with senior management up to C‑level.
• Track record in successful virtual team building and managing distributed, international, multicultural, and diversified teams.
• Experience leading operations/project teams, including staffing, resource planning, HR‑related activities such as performance reviews and career planning, and ensuring resource contracts are in place.
