Lead and manage automation projects and portfolios across their full lifecycle, from planning and execution through to monitoring and reporting.
Prioritize automation initiatives based on impact and resource availability, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams, including workshops and status reporting.

Additional Valuable Skills: Knowledge of process automation best practices, industry standards, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
Familiarity with automation platforms beyond Blue Prism, such as UIPath or Power Automate, and basic understanding of scripting or low-code development environments.
