responsibilities :


  • Analyze and map existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Collect, formalize, and document business and technical requirements in collaboration with stakeholders to support automation initiatives.
  • Work closely with software developers, especially those skilled in Blue Prism and other RPA tools, to ensure the successful delivery of automation solutions.
  • Lead and manage automation projects and portfolios across their full lifecycle, from planning and execution through to monitoring and reporting.
  • Prioritize automation initiatives based on impact and resource availability, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams, including workshops and status reporting.
  • Utilize process automation and excellence methodologies to continuously optimize business operations.

  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Proven experience in analyzing and mapping business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Ability to document detailed process flows and to propose scalable automation solutions aligning with operational goals.
  • Requirements Gathering: Skilled in eliciting, collecting, and formalizing business and technical requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Capable of translating these requirements into clear, actionable specifications for development teams and automation architects.
  • Collaboration with Development Teams: Demonstrated ability to work closely with software developers, engineers, and automation specialists to ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
  • Experience or familiarity with RPA tools, particularly Blue Prism, is highly desirable and considered a strong asset.
  • Project and Portfolio Management: Proven competence in managing automation projects and portfolios through all phases—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Ability to prioritize projects based on business impact and resource availability, delivering on deadlines and maintaining alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, provide regular project updates, and facilitate workshops or review sessions.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and negotiate scope where necessary.
  • Additional Valuable Skills: Knowledge of process automation best practices, industry standards, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms beyond Blue Prism, such as UIPath or Power Automate, and basic understanding of scripting or low-code development environments.
