The Process Architect will lead process analysis to identify business challenges and align core processes across EHC markets. Youll develop standardized EU-level business processes, considering local variances and legal requirements. Key tasks include creating process maps, conducting workshops, and assessing the impact of changes on short- and long-term business operations.Youll establish a Target Operating Model, ensure processes meet business needs using Lean/Six Sigma, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams. Additionally, youll mentor local teams, ensure compliance with standards, and manage any process governance gaps.
responsibilities :
Manage a team across EU markets to standardize and optimize sales and service processes for better business results.
Conduct process analyses, design new processes, and evaluate fit-gap for improvements.
Ensure all customer-relevant sales processes align with the Target Operating Model (E2E model) using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities by assessing change impacts with key stakeholders.
Measure and monitor customer-relevant processes to ensure performance and apply appropriate KPI metrics.
Collaborate with Change Management Teams and Project Management Office to implement global processes and remove barriers.
Introduce process innovations to drive performance, profitability, and business objective achievement.

Proven experience in process design and optimization, ideally with Lean/Six Sigma certification.
Strong understanding of EU markets and local business variations.
Excellent project management and team leadership skills, especially in multinational environments.
Ability to conduct detailed process analyses and produce impactful process improvement proposals.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Familiarity with end-to-end process governance and KPI metrics application.
Strong communication and facilitation skills, capable of running workshops and delivering solutions.
