General Description :

Process and Procedure Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing standardized processes and procedures across Group Accounting Services department to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance. This role requires a solid understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvement initiatives.


The Role:

  1. Process Mapping: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to map out current processes and identify areas for improvement, standardization, and automation.
  2. Procedure Development: Develop clear, comprehensive procedures and work instructions that outline step-by-step processes, roles, responsibilities, and required documentation.
  3. Process Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and enhance efficiency, while ensuring alignment with Group Accounting Services department goals and objectives.
  4. Compliance Management: Ensure that processes and procedures align with internal policies and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  5. Change Management: Facilitate the implementation of new processes and procedures by providing training, support, and guidance to employees, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  6. Performance Measurement: Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders from Group Accounting Services Supervisors to define key performance indicators (KPIs) to supervise the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  7. Documentation Management: Maintain a central repository of process documentation, ensuring that standard operating procedures (SOP), internal controls are up to date by all relevant stakeholders.
  8. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to capture feedback, address concerns, and gain agreement for process improvement initiatives.
  9. Project Management: Participate in projects from initiation to completion to represent Group Accounting Services stakeholders.
  10. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about Euroclear standard methodologies, trends in process optimization, and apply new knowledge to drive continuous improvement efforts.


Your profile:

  • Accounting Knowledge.
  • Experience in process improvement, business process management.
  • Solid understanding of process improvement.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools and software (e.g., Visio, Adonis).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally with multi-functional teams and influence change.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g. finance) is desirable.
