Process Analytics and Reporting Manager
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Building and maintaining reporting practices necessary for the proper management of the Area;
- Supporting strategic projects in the area by providing analyses, insights, and recommendations (business and process intelligence);
- Maintaining the current local data warehouse (based on SQL);
- Acting as a business leader in the project of migrating the current warehouse to a new one (cloud-based);
- Supporting business units in achieving strategic and operational goals by preparing dedicated analyses, forecasts, and business advice;
- Preparing and presenting strategic analyses and recommendations;
- Developing analytical skills within the team, enhancing data literacy skills among business stakeholders, and developing analytical tools used in the team.

- You have at least 5 years of experience in managing data-focused teams (experience in operational and process areas will be an additional asset);
- You have experience collaborating with technology (data warehouse teams);
- You possess practical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Transact-SQL, Power BI, and DAX;
- You are fluent in English;
- Experience in data migration projects to cloud solutions is a plus.
