We are looking for a dedicated Problem/Incident Manager who will join a project in an international consulting company. Responsibilities: Drive Incidents & Problem tasks-forces and participate in decision Forums together with your team Drive and coordinate the activities aiming at efficient Problem resolution, both through mitigating actions and cross-functional root cause analysis Engage and communicate efficiently with relevant stakeholders to ensure quick restoration and operational stability Follow up on related Problems to secure permanent fixes, i.E. by driving and facilitating a forum for cross-unit improvements Be involved in strategies, development and improvement of Incident & Problem Management processes aligned with Bank’s strategies, principles and frameworks Coordinate tasks and deliveries within the capability team, lead and motivate cocreation and collaboration within the team with an emphasis on transparency and an open dialogue Be a role model leader, grow the team and ensure that deliveries and goals are met in a timely manner Empower and coach team members to grow and develop to be at their best Experience and background: 3-5 years of solid experience in IT Incident & Problem Management within a similar regulated institution (banking, finance or similar) 2-3 years of leadership experience in a business role driving resolution in a fast-paced environment Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to connect and collaborate with people and proven ability to get results through others Experience in driving Incidents and problem tasks-forces (superior level) Experience in preparing reports and other documentation (professional level) Demonstrated ability to adapt, respond to changes and drive actions at pace Dependable and willing to speak up – even if it is not convenient ITIL certification in Incident & Problem Management is preferred Our offer: Location: 100% remote work (you must be based in Poland) Long-term B2B contract via Experis MultiSport Plus Group insurance Medicover Premium e-learning platform
