Verita HR Polska is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 5694. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Clients behalf for a person in the following role:

Private Equity Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Capital Call and Distribution Processing
2. Investor Allocations, waterfall creation and maintenance
3. Performance reporting including IRRs
4. Preparation of net asset value calculations and financial statements
5. Ad hoc client and investor reporting
6. Managing client relationships involving interaction with both the client and the relevant Private Equity Director to ensure consistency of service

Requirements:

1. 5+ years’ experience working in a hedge fund administration firm is required
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Good people manager with the ability to coach and develop a team
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team structure or independently
6. Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
7. Strong systems, product and process knowledge – Investran experience ideal
8. Committed to delivery of results
9. Strong Client focus and stakeholder management skills
10. Ability to positively influence team morale
11. Take ownership of designated tasks on an individual and team basis
