We're looking for a Private Debt Operations Specialist who will join our client - a global company from the investment fund industry with the office based in Poznań. International team, Manager based in Poznań.
Your new role
We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative individual to join the team as a Private Debt Operations Specialist. The individual in this position will work on a team of operations professionals and report to the Vice President.
- Oversee daily cash levels and provide recommendations to maintain adequate liquidity.
- Manage fund sublines and SPVs, including reporting, preparing borrowing bases, and handling borrowings/paydowns to adjust cash levels.
- Respond to inquiries from custodians and administrators regarding cash and position bookings.
- Review credit agreements to extract data for internal systems and fund administrators.
- Track and document credit activities.
- Maintain a repository of KYC documentation.
- Collaborate with various teams such as Finance, Operations, Portfolio Analytics, and the Front Office.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Preferable solid knowledge of equities, bonds, and bank loans.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- English B2+/C1.
- Proficient in MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
