Our Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) is a global provider of financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients. Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. We are growing our operations centre in Poland and seek candidates who will contribute to the expansion of BNP Paribas’ operational scope.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping of static data changes: collect, analyze and book static data changes.
• Support quality control of the data: perform and coordinate controls; validate corrections.
• Handle all incoming requests linked to Static Data from clients or investors regarding Private Capital TA requests.
• Ensure checklists are completed on time, exhaustively and double-checked with Transfer Agent Private Capital Luxembourg Team before delivering output to clients.
• Maintain efficient external and internal relationships with clients, investors, managers, and TA PC Lux.
• Provide client service and support for the Transfer Agent Private Capital Luxembourg Team and ongoing Static Data issues.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in Accounting, Banking, Business Administration or Finance.
• Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
• Previous experience in the financial sector.
• Good communication skills.
• Analytical skills with the ability to conduct clear analysis covering all aspects and interactions.
• Precision and attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.
