Private Capital Liabilities Specialist with French and English

Your responsibilities

1. Processing of distributions and other payment related tasks for French PE&RE funds in compliance with internal procedures
2. Processing subscriptions, redemptions, successions and other movements on shares for French PE&RE funds in compliance with internal procedures
3. Management of personal and team email boxes
4. Management of cash reconciliations on several accounts and keeping track of fees
5. Preparing reports for internal and external parties
6. Maintaining communication and relations with all counterparties (internal and external)
7. Participating in internal reporting activities to measure the quality of operations (KPIs)
8. Active participation in the evolution of the department
9. Supporting the integration of new operational activities
10. Being main point of contact for all clients
11. Identifying risks in a timely and efficient manner to ensure the best chance of mitigating them
12. Contributing to the completion and maintenance of procedures and SLA
13. Contributing to company’s goals
14. Being responsible for a variety of complex tasks

Our requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance or securities services, or property sector
2. Fluent working knowledge of French and English is essential
3. Good Knowledge of Private Equity and Real Estate fund specificities will be considered as an advantage
4. Numerate and analytical skills
5. Ability to work effectively as a team player
6. Excellent organizational & communication skills
7. Client focused approach
8. Willingness to take on new challenges and look for enhancements in existing processes
9. Decision taking skills
