Requirements
- Bachelor degree or relevant professional experience
- Fluent in English as a working language
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (focused on Excel skills)
- Experience in private equity or knowledge of private capital funds (private equity, private debt, infrastructure, real estate funds)
- Numerate and analytical skills
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Self‑motivation to develop
- Client‑focused approach
Responsibilities
- Conduct sound analysis of projects from a Private Capital service offer perspective
- Guarantee the operational implementation of a new project (onboarding and migration)
- Develop a close working and structured relationship with internal stakeholders and clients
- Ensure a structured communication (high quality of documents and exchanges both oral and in written) with internal stakeholders and clients
- Monitor closely all projects using dashboard and reporting
- Handle or coordinate setups (opening of cash accounts, static data in eFront, FX, forward,, pledge, listed derivatives etc.) in the various systems
- Ensure quality of operational setups through diligent validation and customizing operational contracts
- Organize structured handover with internal stakeholders and with clients
- Actively participate in ad‑hoc projects to contribute to the success of the business implementation team, private capital department or for the bank/group
