Role Description – Private Banker (Warsaw)

We are launching a fast‑growing, regulated Wealth Management hub in Warsaw to serve Poland and the broader CEE region. As a Private Banker you will be a key builder of this franchise, working directly with leading Polish families, entrepreneurs, and UHNWI clients (€30m+).

Your mission: grow and guide a portfolio of exceptional clients, deliver sophisticated wealth strategies, and provide access to Swiss private banking through an open‑architecture platform.

You will drive the full client journey—from strategic onboarding with partner banks in Switzerland, to asset‑allocation design, investment advisory, private banking execution, and long‑term relationship development.

This is a highly collaborative role within an ambitious, international team that believes in speed, excellence, and measurable outcomes. If you want to shape a new wealth platform in one of Europe’s fastest‑growing markets, this role is for you.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Private Banking or a Multi‑Family Office environment
  • Fluent Polish is essential; strong English required
  • A transferable client book of €100m+ within 12 months (Polish HNW/UHNW profiles)
  • Deep understanding of finance, investments, and wealth structuring
  • Proven expertise in asset allocation and modern wealth management solutions
  • Strong analytical ability with a problem‑solving, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Excellent relational and communication skills—able to build trust with top‑tier clients
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, collaborative, high‑performance environment
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields; CFA/CFP are valuable assets
  • Proficiency in key financial and market‑analysis tools
