• We are looking for a Privacy & Data Protection Specialist to join our cross-functional security team. This role focuses on strengthening privacy governance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and embedding privacy-by-design principles across tools, processes, and daily operations. The specialist will collaborate with business stakeholders, risk owners, and security teams across multiple countries and time zones.

• Conduct and document privacy assessments (DPIAs, TIAs, risk assessments) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate privacy risks related to customer operations and support functions.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, internal privacy policies, and emerging regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, NIS2).
• Use OneTrust or similar privacy management tools to create, manage, and maintain privacy assessments and controls.
• Analyze tools and processes from a data privacy perspective.
• Monitor, track, and report privacy KPIs regularly.
• Coordinate with privacy risk owners to support risk treatment and closure.
• Prepare and deliver monthly status and compliance reports.
• Support ad-hoc privacy and compliance topics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the privacy domain.

• Solid knowledge of data privacy principles and GDPR requirements.
• Practical experience conducting privacy assessments (DPIA, TIA, risk assessments).
• Hands-on experience with OneTrust or similar privacy management tools.
• Ability to identify, assess, and manage privacy risks and controls.
• Experience with privacy KPI monitoring and reporting.
• Understanding of privacy-related regulations and compliance processes.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a multi-country, multi-time-zone environment.
