Principle Data Engineer (m/f) Miejsce pracy: Łódź Twój zakres obowiązków Lead, mentor, and develop Data and ML Engineers; promote collaboration and technical excellence. Define and evolve target data architecture and conceptual data models. Ensure best practices in data engineering, analytics, and operations. Partner with Product Owners to translate business goals into analytics roadmaps and delivery backlogs. Support vendor management and ensure compliance with data architecture standards. Collaborate with Cloud Architects on scalable cloud infrastructure. Support data security and governance, ensuring alignment between source systems and the data platform. Nasze wymagania Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Very strong expertise in data engineering; experience leading technical teams. Experience with Microsoft Azure Fabric and Azure DevOps (CI/CD, agile). Experience in multi-cloud environments. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
