This position blends operational precision with strategic insight, making it an ideal fit for a high-performing tax professional seeking to drive global value creation while getting close to Generative AI tools and digital platforms to enhance tax efficiency and analytics.**Here’s What You’ll Do:****Your key responsibilities will be:*** Overseeing the review of global transfer pricing documentation and planning studies, including benchmarking, cost allocations, APAs, and dispute resolution processes.* Leading the evaluation and implementation of arm’s-length pricing and intercompany agreements across entities, ensuring accurate netting and cash settlements.* Assessing intercompany transfers of goods, services, intangibles, and loans, while maintaining strategic optionality and compliance.* Supporting global reporting requirements, controversy management, and jurisdictional tax inquiries in alignment with business objectives.* Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust internal controls and best-practice documentation standards across global operations.**Your responsibilities will also include:*** Developing complex financial models to evaluate and price intercompany transactions.* Preparing economic, financial, and accounting analysis for strategic decision-making.* Supporting regulatory audits and managing documentation for notice responses and tax authority inquiries.* Calculating and recording intercompany transactions monthly/quarterly, and preparing accurate journal entries.* Enhancing digital reporting capabilities to better evaluate transfer pricing risk and identify optimization opportunities.* Collaborating across functions to align tax strategies with organizational goals, with a focus on continuous innovation and learning.**The key Moderna Mindsets you’ll need to succeed in the role:*** **“We behave like owners.
