Job Description:

The Role:

1. Leading QA team members (manual and automation) in designing test procedures and overseeing QA processes.
2. Communicate the status of testing initiatives to stakeholders.
3. Responsible for creating and implementing test plans and test strategy.
4. Continually improve the testing infrastructure, tools, and processes.
5. Test Execution, Result Analysis, creates and distributes QA metrics and reports. Defect Management, Identification of defect sources, and risk reporting.
6. Provides guidance and support to project quality activities. Provide quality engineering support in project design, development, and implementation phases.
7. Work with engineers, product owners, and project leads to triage and prioritize issues for resolution. Take part in Root Cause Analysis for incidents.
8. Work on building a Quality driven engineering culture that helps ship products rapidly and with good confidence.
9. Reviews and re-evaluates the test strategy to adjust for new information, changing risks, shifting priorities, and schedules.

Requirements:

1. 7+ years in QA, with 2+ in a Lead role.
2. Experience testing web and client-server based applications.
3. Hands-on experience using automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
4. Experience developing automation scripts using one or more programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, etc.
5. Experience using CI/CD Tools and Processes.
6. Strong communication skills with English language.
