We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Ad Tech Team, which plays a critical role in ad targeting, privacy compliance, and ad performance monitoring. This role combines strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive the development of systems that ensure compliance, improve revenue, and resolve ad performance issues through robust tracking and alerting solutions. Define and execute the technical strategy for ad targeting, privacy compliance, and ad performance monitoring systems.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers, fostering an inclusive and innovative environment.
Stay ahead of industry trends in ad tech and incorporate them into team strategies.
8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
~ Proven experience designing and implementing scalable systems for ad tracking, monitoring, and alerting.
~ Strong technical background in backend systems, data engineering, and privacy compliance.
~ Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, or similar.
~ Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
~ Knowledge of ad tech standards, frameworks (OpenRTB, IAB), and consent management systems.
~ Passion for mentoring engineers and building high-performing teams.
