We are looking for a Network Security Specialist (IDPS) to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in network security, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDPS) to review business and IT projects, provide guidance, and ensure that network security control requirements are met. You will also identify opportunities to improve the organization’s security posture and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams.

Review business and IT projects to ensure network security control requirements are satisfied
Identify and drive opportunities to improve network security posture
Analyze network and cybersecurity data (e.g., system logs) to support decision-making and evidence control effectiveness
Provide expert advice on network IDPS security threats and risks, proposing solutions to mitigate them
Build strong relationships and work collaboratively across teams and functions
Coach and guide both cybersecurity and non-cybersecurity team members as needed
Ensure timely resolution of issues and accurate reporting
Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues
