The role of the Principal Business Systems Analyst SAP SD will be to provide support in the SAP sales and distribution module for the end users working at MKS globally, with a focus on MKS entities in Europe.
The core responsibility will be active and effective SAP ERP support for the SAP SD processes based on defined SLA’s and global support processes.
responsibilities :
Understand and can execute SAP configuration changes within the SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) areas of SAP. Understand third-party interfaces to related auxiliary systems such as tax determination systems, credit management, and similar.
Work directly with business owners and Business Relationship Managers to identify & define SAP-related objectives and goals related to effective support of SAP SD distribution module, contribute to continuous improvement processes, and problem management processes.
Collaborate with various IT staff and business users in the testing of new software programs and applications, such as upgrades, interface applications, business functions, and new configurations.
Develop and provide training and user manuals.
requirements-expected :
A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD.
Fluent English. Other languages are a plus.
Deep understanding of configuration, customization, and best practices in SAP’s Sales and Distribution module.
Ability to collaborate with business end users as well as other functional and technical IT members.
Solution-orientation paired with high-quality work.
Basic understanding of ABAP capabilities to work with a SAP development team.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools to extract, analyze, and process SAP ERP data.
BA in Computer Science, Management, or Economics, or equivalent experience.
