We have an exciting global Account Director (Principal level) opportunity available in the EMEA region.
Based in Poland, the Account Director will be responsible for orchestrating Sabre relationships with non-airline customers across the world, such as Airports, Universities, and Governments. The role is responsible for developing the Sabre portfolio of products and services within these non-airline customers and prospects as well as meeting quantitative goals.
This includes, in particular, operating in a pursuit-leader function to define the appropriate solution being offered and managing the internal financial approval process and proposal generation in a disciplined, well-documented manner.
Key Accountabilities
- Managing the existing accounts and ensuring a relationship is maintained between Sabre and the customers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for those customers, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Liaising closely with the Sabre teams: Product, Delivery, Customer Care, Legal, and Finance organizations
- Meeting new business, contract renewal & revenue targets.
- Coordinate and contribute to RFP responses, ensuring alignment with prospect needs and internal capabilities.
- Managing customer expectations and ensuring customer service standards are met at all times
- Developing and maintaining relationships with decision makers and influencers both within customers and Sabre
- Demonstrating an understanding of the business and market challenges, and be able to articulate the company’s capabilities to address such challenges to progress opportunities that support customer/prospect needs.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills to represent Sabre value proposition.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in customer relationship management.
- Commercial acumen
- Project management abilities to lead RFP responses from intake to submission, including scheduling calls, managing timelines, and coordinating internal reviews and approvals.
- Attention to detail for reviewing RFP documents, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and maintaining brand voice and formatting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English required. Additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects/activities simultaneously is essential
- Advanced computer software skills

- Education: Bachelor degree or higher
